If you are looking for all other forms that begin with "I" (such as I-130, I-539, etc), these forms come from the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) in the Department of Homeland Security. You may download them from the USCIS forms page.

Pay each filing fee separately. We are transitioning to electronically processing immigration benefit requests, which requires us to use multiple systems to process your package. Because of this, you must pay each filing fee separately for any form you submit. We may reject your entire package if you submit a single, combined payment for multiple forms.

If you are wondering what the DS-260 confirmation page is, it is the final page that you will receive after you submit your DS-260 form. If you have questions about how to access this page, reach out to your immigration attorney right away.

If you are in the United States and filing for an adjustment of status, the main application that you need to worry about is the I-485, which is an available PDF you can download on the USCIS website. However, immigrants who are living abroad and applying for a green card (which can be comprised of many different categories, such as being married to a U.S. citizen or a U.S. based green card holder) need to go through consular processing and therefore need to file a DS-260 form.

Not sure if you qualify for an I-130 immigrant petition for your family member? You can free check eligibility through DYgreencard.com without providing any personal information. When you are ready to file the petition, we can prepare a complete application package in the way that USCIS prefers to. Moreover, the entire application will be fully reviewed by an immigration lawyer to ensure its success. Learn more about how we can help you.

DYgreencard is not affiliated with or endorsed by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) or any other government agency. Blank immigration forms with written instructions are free to download at the website of USCIS.

You may be asked to explain past visits and stays in the United States and/or any prior visa statuses held by you or your family members. Also, students who formerly held an employment-based immigration status or had Optional Practical Training (OPT) or STEM OPT might also need to explain the reasons for additional study in the United States instead of working at home.

The DS-5535 is an internal form or questionnaire that asks for additional information. Thus, the DS-5535 is not available for download from the U.S. Department of State's website. The DS-5535 form will be either

Hello, the DS-5535 is not a form in the true sense of the word, but a questionnaire that the U.S. Consulate issues either in paper form on the day of the visa interview or via email. Therefore, you will not be able to find or download the DS-5535 anywhere. We hope this information is helpful to you.Your US Visa Service Team

US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) publishes a number of forms for individuals looking to immigrate or travel to the US for work, leisure, or to establish permanent residency or citizenship. These forms are available on the USCIS website, and while they are free to download, you must generally pay the amount listed on the current fee schedule to submit them to the agency unless you qualify for a fee waiver. Fees are subject to change. As described here, some of the forms associated with visas, passports, and travel are available from agencies other than USCIS, including the US Department of State and US Customs and Border Protection (CBP). Additionally, if you are filing your forms from outside the US, some are only available from the US Department of State through its online portal.

Form filing tips from USCIS include ensuring that you are using the most current versions of the forms you are filing, that your name, birthdate, and A-number (if applicable) appear exactly the same way on each form, that your forms are filled out completely and signed, and that you pay all necessary fees. The agency also states that they prefer applicants to download forms from the USCIS website, complete them electronically, and print them out to submit them.

Some of the most commonly used immigration forms, along with fees and other details, are listed below. You can read more here about the laws and requirements associated with many of these forms and applications.

Unfortunately, some foreign nationals may face deportation (removal) from the US based on various grounds that are specified in the INA. The Executive Office of Immigration Review (EOIR) provides a list of forms that may be used in immigration court during deportation proceedings. If you disagree with a decision by an immigration judge, for example, you can file Form EOIR-26 to pursue an appeal.

These forms also include applications for immigration relief, such as cancellation of removal or withholding of removal. A foreign national who is applying for cancellation of removal as a permanent resident (green card holder) will need to file Form EOIR-42A, while a foreign national will need to file Form EOIR-42B for cancellation of removal if they are not a permanent resident. Form I-589 is the appropriate form if you are seeking withholding of removal.

This form is an important step in the process, and you need to understand where it fits in the larger picture of your immigration efforts, and how to handle filling out and submitting the form to the government.

You will be informed right away if you will be issued a visa or not. If approved, the Embassy official who interviewed you will give back your passport with the visa attached as well as a sealed packet. You must not open this packet. Instead you should hand it to the immigration official when you land the U.S. 350c69d7ab
